We urgently need an instructor for a course "2D/3D Art & Animation for Games". The course is offered on Thursday nights from 6:30-9:30 p.m. 9/3/2009 - 12/17/09. It is a 3-credit course offered at Delaware County Community College in Media, PA. Must know 3ds Max.

Course Description:
DPR 236 - 2D/3D Art & Animation for Games

The focus of this course is to create 2D artwork 3D models, arrange U-V’s, generate textures and create a 3D computer video game. Students create 3D models using popular modeling software.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:

* Identify the requirements of a 3D model
* Identify the requirements of 2D artwork
* Demonstrate the ability to organize, collect and prepare material for a 3D video game
* Understand how to use a 3D modeling software product
* Demonstrate the ability to design and develop a 2D artwork
* Demonstrate computer animation techniques
